Perhaps you have a product to develop but do not have the in-house resources to design and develop it. You have an idea, a sketch, a sample, even a partially completed design and you want to bring it to market or simply take a step towards fruition. One of our core strengths, what sets us apart from our competitors, is that we are accomplished product designers and can assist you with the development of your project.

Many of our customers patents can be traced back to design and development conducted right here at out facility. With over 40 years of development experience, we have an intimate knowledge of plastics design and a strong mechanical background. All our designs are conducted utilizing advanced 3D solid modeling software which allows us unprecedented verification and review capabilities. There are many exiting ways to express the design to you including a 3D model that you yourself can rotate and examine on your own pc. Of course we also produce industry standard part drawings when needed.

Once you are satisfied with the design, we strongly recommend a prototype to prove all functions and to get hands-on feel for your part. A prototype is a great tool to help you gauge the marketability of your product. We can build your prototype in house or procure a rapid prototype on your behalf. Often a combination of both is the best option to prove function. All fit, finish, assembly, and testing is conducted in-house by qualified craftsmen.
